DESIGN & HORTICULTURE

Our team leaders offer professional training in horticulture and the principles of design. We implement garden design to new landscapes and update existing gardens, as well as arrange tree and plant sourcing. 

 

CONSTRUCTION

A well-designed landscape incorporates a balance between two elements, hard and softscaping. Hardscape refers to solid, hard, non-living materials, including paved areas, decks, retaining walls, sleeper walls, stairs, walkways, and any other landscaping made up of hard wearing materials such as wood, stone, and concrete. Hardscaping is very much altering the foundation of the yard, which can also consist of excavation, clearing, drainage and leveling.

 

Softscaping the horticultural elements of a landscape which can include planting, mulching, turfing, edging, irrigation, mowing, trimming, spraying, and digging for everything from lawns, trees and shrubs. The purpose of softscape is to lend character to the landscaping, create an aura and ambience.

 

MAINTENANCE

We provide all aspects of garden and lawn maintenance to keep a landscape healthy, clean, safe and beautiful. For all ongoing clients, we have a fortnightly periodic system in place to make sure all our gardens receive consistent care and upkeep. General maintenance may include, edging and lawn mowing, pruning, hedging, weed and insect control, system repairs and rubbish removal.
